This is a new anthology by Hakusensha. I happened to pick up the first issue earlier this year, and the second issue came out end of February.
The works included are more josei than shojo, and there are some girls’ love manga as well. In Vol. 1 for example has a “childhood friends in love” manga by Unita Yumi, a girls’ love manga by Nakamura Asumiko, and Kazuma Kowo (a Comic Yurihime regular) drawing her first (!) heterosexual shojo manga.
Some of the works continue on to Vol. 2. There’s even a short work by Tsuruta Kenji.
Three issues will published a year, and the next issue will be out in June.
